In the years under consideration, the share of turkey meat accounted for about 6% of sales, duck meat - 4%, goose and guinea flesh - 3% of all sales in the world. Other poultry meat accounted for the remaining 0.1% of sales.
In the coming years, a number of factors will serve to increase the demand for poultry meat in the world. First, the population will continue to grow.
