The fourth place on this indicator in 2015 was taken by Thailand with a share of 5.0% of world production. It should be noted that China is not only the largest producer of this product, but also its main exporter: in 2015, it accounted for 15.9% of world exports of canned fruits and berries. Due to the high demand for food in the domestic market, China is not seeking to increase its exports of these products. For this reason, in 2016-2020, China’s share in world exports of canned fruit and berries will fall, by the end of the period it will be 14.3%.
